Receiver Signature Only

I cannot get a form to go to our subscribers as DocuSign wants me sign first which is unnecessary. Background info we have a credit card form that only needs the receiver/signer to complete. We do not need to do anything with the form on our end.

@MECKAINC - Did you add yourself in the recipient workflow as the first recipient?  If you did, you need to remove it and it will go straight to the signer.

@MECKAINC - You as the sender have the ability to customize who should receive the envelope.   You can have on your recipients workflow, the receiver/signer who will receive the envelope.  Hope this helps.

Ok but where is that in the software?

When I issue a doc to be signed the first prompt I receive is to review on my end and the box to complete that stays greyed out so I can’t click it. As previously said there is nothing for me to complete on the doc.

TY :)
