Reporting for Signature Status

Within DocuSign CLM, we would like to begin reporting more detail around errors or even successes at the signature step.  Example:  we do see a failed notification and can see that on the workflow status report, but we need to know why it failed (cancelled, expired, etc.) but am not seeing a way to produce that as an attribute.  Any recommendations or ideas?
