How do I send a copy of the completed and fully signed document to a third party

Add them as a Recipient to the end of the envelope workflow set as the Recipient Type of "Receives a Copy". Placement in the workflow is important so I recommend using a Signing Order and placing them last in the envelope workflow so they get the final completed fully signed copy.


Hi, Can I do this after the process has closed? 


If the envelope is complete you cannot change the existing workflow of that envelope. What you can do is "Forward" the envelope to the individual who needs a copy. Locate the envelope under Manage and then Sent or Inbox, go to the dropdown to the right and select "forward", add the individual who you want to send a copy to as a Recipient with "receives a copy" as the Recipient type and Send.
