Request to enable Standards-Based Signatures (SBS) on Developer Sandbox

Question

Hello Docusign Team, I need to test document signing with digital certificates in my sandbox account but I am unable to enable Standards-Based Signatures (SBS) and Signer-Held/PIV test signature pens on my developer account. Is there anyway to enable this with my dev account so that I can test this functionality?
