I would like the new “Show recipient details” option to be set to ON as the default so I don’t have to click it every time I need to see the details. I cannot find this as an option in settings. Please advise.

Hi everyone,I'm using a DocuSign Developer (demo/sandbox) account for API testing and have reached the envelope limit. I understand this is a common limit in sandbox environments, but I need to continue testing.I also have a regular DocuSign account, but I'm not on any paid plan currently.When I try to access DocuSign Support to request a reset, I'm unable to log in. It says "Unable to log in" — I believe this is because free developer accounts don’t have full support access.I came across the DocuSign support form (https://support.docusign.com), but I’d like to confirm:- Is this the correct way to request a reset?- Is there a faster way to get envelopes reset for sandbox accounts?- Do I need to be on a paid plan to request a reset, or is this still available for free developer accounts?- I stumble upon on Docusign Support Plans, will this help on my reset envelope request, and if so how much will this cost?- Or the reset request will be available if i purchase the API plans on Develope

COUNTLESS TIMES I HAVE TO MANAGE WHAT SEEMS EASY TO US, BUT DIFFICULT FOR OLDER GENERATIONS THAT HAVE NEVER SEEN DOCUSIGN OR ARE EVEN GOOD WITH THEIR MOBILE DEVICES. I WORK IN THIS TYPE OF INDUSTRY AND IT JUST ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS ALL THE HARD WORK DUE TO THE FRUSTRATION THAT THIS PRODUCT CAUSES THESE ELDERLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY TO BE LED ASTRAY TO CREATING ACCOUNTS...LEAVE THAT AT THE BEGINNING OF ACCOUNT CREATION FOR THE UTILITARIANS IN THE CORPORATIONS THAT ACTUALLY ARE USING THIS FOR THAT REASONS. ELDERLY CLIENTS DON’T NEED TO BE LED ASTRAY AND MORE CONFUSED AND WORSE LOSE TRUST AND BECOME FRUSTRATED. 

I write multiple contracts with 200+ pages for backup, fairly frequently. Due to the current max 25MB restrictions, if the backup exceeds the current capacity, I use another platform for electronic signature, such as BlueBeam. So, what are the benefits to Docusign if another platform can preform the same electronic signature functionality with no size restrictions?

I am getting friends asking if I sent them docusigns.  I have not.  So either my email got hacked, which I don’t show any emails going out or its coming from docusign directly using a false account under my email.  Is there a way to prevent any more of these emails from going out?  Because I never sent a docusign out before?

Hi,I am posting for a new agent who is having issues with DocuSign.  He is able to create a room, load and edit documents within the room, and then when he clicks the check box on documents he needs to send for signature and then clicks “create envelope” he gets an error message of “Unable to Access Envelope”.  Tried researching and did see that it’s often related to an envelope being corrected.  That being said, the error is showing when a brand new envelope is being created. **We access DocuSign through the Command Database (Keller Williams).  Any help or insight appreciated.Thank you!April

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

When editing permission profiles based on DS Sender, I see Allow Transactions and the sub options for Create, Delete Documents & Delete Transactions.  What are these for? Is it for Rooms? I am not familiar with Transactions in eSignature. And searching for these terms seems to pull up Rooms and Mortgages. 

I had created an envelope with one of my email address (which I don’t remember now). I do have the signed copy of the envelope and the mail that was used to receive the document as I had to sign it as well (with a different email address). I need to make modifications to the envelope and send it out again, but I dont know the sender email address which I used. Is there a way to find out the sender email address, if I have the envelope ID(which is present on the signed document)

Hi,I’m working with a sandbox to integrate docusign in my web app. My service is able to create the envelopes and, checking on the docusign developer page all appear to work properly. The problem is that the mail never get to the recipients.This is my second integration with docusign and I’ve never experienced truble like this, I’ve tried to resend from my docusign developer page, change the addresses and check the spam of all the mail that I’ve sent the envelopes.For my developer account I’ve created 2 accounts one for each integration that I’m working on.I’m fresh out of ideas and I don’t understand if there is some mistake on my part that I should fix or if it’s something platform related.Thanks,Best RegardsPietro

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. To make it worse, the Start/Next button function individually highlights each and every checkboxes in the group during the signing process.I have shown this issue via screen sharing three times now, and thereafter the support team fails to send the issue to development, fails to update the ticket, and then sends me an email days later asking if I am still having an issue.This has been an endless cycle of the following:The issue is shown to support via a screen sharing session. Hi!I’ve been trying to use the Bulk Send feature in DocuSign, but I’m running into issues.What I’ve done so far: Created a template and ensured my Data Labels match the field names exactly. Prepared a CSV file trying to follow DocuSign’s formatting guidelines. Tried uploading the CSV for Bulk Send. The problems I’m seeing: Sometimes I get an error message telling me to “use Bulk Send Version 2.” Other times I just get a generic error. What I need help with: Confirming that Bulk Send is fully enabled on my account. Understanding the exact way to format the CSV for custom field mapping. Clarifying any required settings for role names, Data Labels, and case sensitivity to ensure correct mapping. I received an email claiming I completed a Docusign document with an invoice for $399.69, AND the “completed” document is IN MY ACCOUNT, marked as “completed” even though I never signed it!!   I reported the email as spam and flushed it from my system. I want to report the fraudulent document, but in following the instructions on the “how to report fraud” page, I am unable to get to a place that offers “Report Abuse” via any link available in connection to that FRAUDULENT completed document.  I have sent 2 separate complaints to the security@docusign.com reporting address, and 1 separate complaint to the spam@docusign address, as directed on your website.  I have heard NOTHING and this FRAUDULENT “completed” document remains in my account register. It is EXTREMELY alarming that a fraudulent document was processed by Docusign and is sitting in my account and nothing is being done about it.  I need to know if my account is compromised.  I need to know what is being done about this actual

I am having an issue with retrieve pulling in duplicates of what was already pulled in.  Not sure what setting I am missing to stop this from happening.  I have retrieve set to run every 60 minutes.  When I ran a test the document I signed pulled in.  When the process fired 60 minutes later it pulled it back in again causing a duplicate to be in our CRM system.In settings under the Select tab I have Type = PowerFroms Only, Filter = PowerForm and Equals the name of my form.  Status = Completed and Date Range = Last 24 hours. Under the Format tab I have the box checked to include the CSV file, I have a file name (BalanceConsolidation.csv), Index File Option = Row per envelope, no boxes checked under Columns section. Under the location tab I have Name By = Custom File Name.  Custom File Name = %f (Document Name).  Location has the desired folder and Format = combined PDF for each envelope with the box checked to include certificates of completion.Thank you! Wendi

I am unable to use docusign because it says my credit card has expired.  I have updated it several times, we have an active credit. But the same error comes up. We have opened cases and requested call backs but no one is responding with a solution.  I cannot use my account. Could someone please help or advise?  The support service is terrible.  The original poster had the exact same issue.Please help.  Thank you.

I’m trying to create a workflow that is kicked off by a document completed in eSignature.  I have the eSignature Agreement Action working fine, but I’ve been unsuccessful getting the first step in the CLM workflow to work properly.  I’m trying to use the “Find Documents by Folder” step, and then updating the output variable to be “params”, but the workflow continues to fail, even after updating the schema for “params”.  Does anyone know the correct first step that I should be using to capture the completed document from eSignature?  Thank you!

I sent an envelope to three people. When the second person signed, the first person’s signature disappeared. A third person signed and still the first person’s signature has disappeared. Please help.

I have been using docusign for many years and have NEVER had an issue.  Suddenly my clients with yahoo email addresses aren’t receiving the envelopes that I email them for signatures. Being in the real estate business means that timing is crucial on our documents.  I am unable to wait for hours until the document finally delivers.I am now using another program (digisign) as they aren’t having issues with yahoo.  I am hoping that you correct the problem.  If not, I will not be in a position to renew my annual subscription.  I am not looking for suggestions but rather for correction of the issue at docusign’s end. Fingers crossed you can figure this out.

It’s been ongoing for 6 days now. Is DocuSign ever going to fix this? We can’t have DocuSign and Yahoo at odds for a week every month. This is not an issue with other e-signing companies, so why can’t DocuSign fix it permanently?
