Hello we are having some instances where we send a document for external review and the client will download and replace with a different copy. Is there a way to block the ability to do so? we’d like the client to accept/decline/comment on the review but never replace the document for compliance reasons. Is there an easy way to do so? thanks!

Yes, if you are using DocuSign CLM External Review, the safest answer is that you should not allow review completion by uploading revised documents through email.
There is also an admin setting specifically to enable or disable completion of external reviews.
