Hi everyone,

We want to use multiple language versions in our contract templates, and the system should automatically send the correct language template to the customer based on their region/country.

Can someone guide me on the best way to set up and manage multiple languages in contract templates?
Any best practices or configuration steps would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @Vishnu Mannaru

To support multiple languages in contract templates and automatically send the correct version based on the customer’s region or country, the recommended approach is to use conditional logic within a single template.

Suggested approach:

  1. Create one master contract template and add all required language versions (for example, English, Spanish, French) within the same template.
  2. Use Conditional Merge Tags to control which language content appears.
  3. Configure the conditions based on a Country or Region field selected in the intake form or contract request (for example: Country = France → French content).
  4. When the contract is generated, the system evaluates the condition and automatically includes the correct language version for the customer.
