Cost per person

For a Business pro account, How is the cost broke down? Is it 480 per year per user? 480 per year for the company? If it is per company there a specific amount of users allotted?

Setup Docusign for multiple departments

Hello Everyone, I am a newbie to Docusign Admin and have requirements to support two department teams, HR and Finance, in my org to begin using DocuSign to facilitate form signing. There are the following security requirements: Any HR staff can create/edit envelopes, and they have access to other envelopes created by other HR staff. HR users have their envelopes that are not seen/accessible by the finance team and vice versa I have created the envelope templates for HR and finance, but my challenge is with the next step and setup the security model that meets the above requirements. Can anybody guide me on the detailed steps for this configuration? I know that I have to use folders and security groups, but your help is much appreciated. Thanks

Cancelled my account, yet still got billed & can't open a case

I need to know how to reach a human to refund the auto-renewal I was charged on March 6 even though I cancelled my account more than 30 days before renewal. Since I cancelled and got moved to an unpaid plan, I can’t open a case. Nor can I chat with a human online.

Request to Enable SMS Feature in DocuSign Developer Account

I am currently using a DocuSign developer account for testing and integration purposes, and I would like to enable the SMS delivery feature within the account. However, I am not seeing the option to activate it in my settings. Could you kindly assist me in enabling the SMS feature so I can continue testing this functionality as part of my integration?

Close Unmanaged Accounts in my claimed domain

Hi, we have claimed our domain, and enabled the Microsoft Authentication.The authenticated users are now synced by Microsoft Azure. Unfortunately some users had setup “personal” accounts with their company mail.I have read about the option to close these accounts, but this does not work. FURIOUS at charges, for extremely poor experience and service

So, i signed up to Docusign today, and I need an approveal button. So I need to upgrade my plan to business standard, ok. I upgrade, and the button is still not available. Well thats a bit disingenious, so I upgrade to business pro, and get my approval button (eventually). Then I go about creating a contract, i need to get out today. And Now the emails will not send, to valid and working email addresses. And THEN, i find out my 400+ year a plan on Business Pro will NOT allow me to raise support cases. So tell me, how does one run a business without support despite paying these fees. Oh, this is bad, very bad service and experieince. But if any admins are moderating, please tell me how to get emails working, so I can meet my deadline today (And keep my business and customers happy)

Automatic removal of Group Based Permissions?

I feel silly to ask but I am trying to figure out how I would know if our account will be impacted by the automatic update to legacy groups to remove the group-based permissions and transition customers to profile-based permissions? What can I look for to confirm if we are or are not going to be automatically updated?

Linking existing docusign user to company account

Hi All, i have a user who has created a docusign account and using a free version to sign the documents. now we want to link his accoun to our company account. I have added him as a user with same email, however both the accounts doesn't seems to me link. we want to get this link as its same email address. any support on this is highly appreciated. Branding

We recently changed our logo. When I uploaded the new logo, is it no longer centered over the “box” when an email is sent. Additionally, the profile logo has a white background, however, when uploaded, it has a black box around it. There should be no black in the corners. HELP. Also super frustrating there is no help phone number.

Forwarded Docusign spam to spam@docusign.com gets bounced

Greetings, I’ve received a couple obvious spam or fraudulent emails purporting to be from Docusign. As per directions on your website and here, I tried to forward them to spam@docusign.com. Initially, my outbound mail host bounced it because it looks like spam and refused to forward it on. I changed my outbound mail routing to skip my outbound host and the mail was accepted initially then returned to me from the mailer daemon on a .pphosted.com address, again because it looks like spam. Obviously, the message has spammy content in it. How do we report these fake docusign emails if If Docusign’s inbound mail handling is going to bounce them because they are spammy? Thanks, --[Lance]

Change permissions to replace a documents within a Template

Within templates, the function to replace a document is greyed out for a DS Sender on our account. As an administrator how do I to give permission to a DS Sender User to be able to replace. In the Admin section I see how to change profile permissions and clicked the template settings but see everything except "replace". Can anyone please advise how to do this? Thanks

Hi. I am in charge of making sure DocuSign Templates are being created and sent to the correct people. How do I set it up so that a Completed form get sent to a particular person and not me? Is there a way to do this?

Possible to combine SAML with optional SSO and username / password?

Currently my company is using several accounts and contracts with the same domain. Users can login either by SSO or username and password. The administration (using the admin portal) of the users is currently done manually and we want to use SAML in the future while still ensuring that username / password is still working for the accounts currently using it. Is it possible to use SAML without enforcing SSO in the whole organzation? Identity Providers

Security Questions

When i am required to answer docusign questions, my identity is linked to individuals i have been estranged from. I cannot answer questions regarding the people, and every year I have some random doc sent to me that continually asks me questions about theses individuals that i have not spoken to in 30 years, so when i click on the option i am not associated to these individuals it rejects my signature application. What am I to do?

Docusign Mobile app - changing devices

A question regarding the DocuSign Mobile app. If a user decides to upgrade their smartphone to a new model - as part of that move to the new device is there any specific administrative actions that need to be performed before they can start using Docusign Mobile on the new device ? In other words, do they simply need to install the Docusign app and log into it ? Does anything need to happen with the old device apart from uninstalling the app ?
