I think I have two DocuSign accounts

My credit card got charged $120 on Oct 25 but my DocuSign account is free through DocuSign for Realtors.  How to I get rid of this charge and the second account?  There does not seem to be a way to call, email or write to DocuSign.

There is a circle with RB (My name is Rhonda Berg) in it and one with the logo for my company.

My email is <information removed> but maybe an additional email is being used?
