How to activate QES as an admin

Hi, 

I created a paid DocuSign account for myself as I urgently need a QES siganture. I added this type of signature, but I have problem with proceeding in the ‘Identity Verification’ section. It looks like it’s used to ask a person I ask for signing to identify themselves, but it doesn’t work anyway; I keep having an error. How do I authenticate myself? I will not be asking anyone for signing now? I just need to have the QES signature active for myself.
