I would like to print out a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in Docusign for Compliance Department review. I am in the Legal Requirement portal where I have selected the preferences, but I do not know how to view a copy of how the Disclosure appears to ensure it meets our regulatory guidelines.

Thank you

Hi @amoreno,

Welcome to the Docusign Community, thanks for posting your question!

We understand you're looking to print a copy of the E-Sign Act Disclosure in DocuSign for your Compliance Department's review to ensure it meets your regulatory guidelines. We're happy to help!

As an Administrator, you can access the disclosure by navigating to Admin > Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure. This section displays the terms of the disclosure that recipients see before they can access and act on documents. This could be either Docusign's default legal disclosure or a customized Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) specific to the account. Hi Melanie,

Thanks for responding. For some reason, my Admin tab does not include the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure option. It only has an option for Legal Disclosure.

Hey @amoreno—I appreciate you checking back in!

You are actually in the right direction. On the Legal Disclosure page, you can verify if the ERSD is enabled by checking whether the option “Yes, I elect to use an Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure with my new recipients” is selected. If you see a “Create Custom” option, this indicates the account uses the default ERSD 👉Docusign's default legal disclosure (scroll down to the bottom to see the values such as the POC)
If the “Create Custom” option is not present, it means the account is using a customized Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure. In this case, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the customized disclosure or click “Preview” to see it.

I hope it helps clarify things. Let me know if you have questions—here for you!

Sincerely,
