Hello @glolos,

IDV Premier works on per envelope verification model and this does not create a reusable verification with an expiration date.

Verification happens the moment recipient opens the envelope, it is valid on for that signing session and it does not create a reusable identity credential with expiration.

So to top it off, what you are trying to achieve is currently not available.

There are two options to select for Authentication Frequency under Admin Settings Security Settings Authentication and look for options like “Require authentication each time recipient accesses envelope” or “Require authentication only on first access”.

Hello @glolos,

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

Yes, the Identity Wallet for QES has an effective expiration:

Wallet validity typically spans up to 3 years (or until your ID expires), after which new identity verification is required to continue creating QES signatures.

DocuSign Identity Wallet for QES Product Privacy Notice Version 1.0

Regarding with until when they can sign the envelope. It depends with the Expiration set for the envelope.

Set Account Reminders and Expiration Defaults

If you don’t remember changing this settings, by Default it will be 120 days.

It’s best to check your account settings under Admin Reminders & Expiration

You may also check the envelope expiration by correcting the envelope and go to Advance Options > Expiration.

Thank you for the response.

How Can I find the expiration date or the date of activation for each user?

I dom not want to ask every user when the passport expires but only from the system what the expiration date should be.

In thory if I find that i will consider 3 years

Hello @glolos

Admins don’t see a single global wallet expiration list and users must go to their account to check the expiration.

They can follow the steps below to check on it.

  1. Log in to DocuSign.

  2. Go to Profile (top-right avatar).

  3. Open Identity Wallet or Identity Verification.

  4. You’ll see:

    • The verification status (active / expired / needs re-verification)

    • The date it was created or last verified

If it’s expired or no longer valid, DocuSign will prompt you to re-verify your identity when you try to sign a document that requires it.

Rephrase my mistake. Not the users inside the company. I want to check the expiration (of IDV premier) of the third parties. addiitonally I do not care at thios satge about  the expiration of the passport of the signers but the “therotitcal” expiry in the system. I mean I would like to find data of the date of registration for each signer, then to know the duration of the license and then easily I can estimate the date of expiry.

thank you for your commnets and the links so far
