I cannot install docusign due to a previous install

I got a document that needs signing but when I go to download Docusign it says it cannot install it due to an old version. I have tried to uninstall Docusign but it is not in my apps. I looked in the app data for any Docusign data and did not find any. How can I install it?

2. Try accessing the document via a web browser
-Instead of downloading the document, open the signing link directly in a supported web browser and complete the signing process online.

3. Check your device operating system
-If your device OS is outdated, updating it may resolve compatibility issues with newer document formats.

4. Alternative workaround
-If the issue persists, the document can be resent in a compatible format or accessed from another device (e.g., a desktop or laptop) to complete the signing
