Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.
I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. How are others working around this? Thank you.

I’d recommend keeping all your documents the same page size when using templates. Converting them to a consistent PDF format, like Letter or A4, will help ensure the fields stay exactly where you expect.
If that’s not possible, a good alternative is to set up separate templates for the different document sizes you use most often. This way, you won’t have to manually adjust fields each time.
