Power Automate Trigger Event: When a recipient is signed doesn't exist

Hello, I am trying to get the response of each of my recipients whenever they are signed. At the moment using the Power automate connector we could only receive the response once the envelope is completed. I tried using recipient-signed as custom value but no luck. Is there a way to get the recipient response using the PA connector ? If yes how is it possible to do it ? Thanks

1Password manager extension causing Application Error

Hello, While doing user testing for a client I came across a bug on the docusign platform, specifically in the Firefox browser when the 1Password extension is enabled. The password manager seems to be blocking users from fully completing their account set up with Docusign. session transaction ID b055adb1-64a6-4592-95f6-868a8f9b8d8f and the steps to reproduce this error. Steps in Firefox browser (regular or private browsing, with browser cache fully cleared): Docusign account activation by following the generated link in email inbox Set password for Docusign Account → when the login button is clicked, 1pass redirects the user to the Application error message rather than the successful Docusign login page. This process works in Chrome with 1password extension installed Any advice on how to get around this bug (without disabling the extension) would be greatly appreciated.

Docusign vs Ariba integration

We have an issue connecting SAP Ariba with docusign, the error specifies that the id from airba doesn´t match the id from docusign during the consent phase. Although both users are equal (matching also the lower and upper cases, no blank spaces also). See attached info with screenshots This integration works fine in our sandbox. Any clue?

No envolopes remaining

Anybody can help me?We purchased the service on March 28, 2025 but our account still has not been assigned the subscribed plan. we are unable to send envelopes. Current Issue: Logged-in account shows “No envolopes remaining” when sending envelopes. We just used 3 envolopes for 100 envolopes/month !

Default time zone

Hello, I send documents out to be signed by lots of different people in my region. I have noticed that signatures without a DocuSign account are dated correctly however signatures from those who have a DocuSign account but haven’t gone so far as to change their region settings are coming through in the default pacific time zone. Given the number of recipients I send to, it’s not practical to ask them to check their region settings before sending a document. It seems a design fault that all signer accounts are set to a default of PST for the time zone. Is there a way to take sender’s time zone for signatures instead? Or any suggested workaround? Thank you

When I use Webforms there use to be a link for docusign. It is no longer there. Why did it disappear? Is there a way to get it back?

Can I Lock a Text Field After Customer Input While Ensuring I Can’t View the Data?

Hi DocuSign Community, I’m exploring a specific use case and would love your insights. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: I need to send a form to a customer with a text field they can fill in. Once the customer fills in the field, it should lock automatically so they can’t edit it further. Additionally, I (as the sender) should not be able to view the data they entered after it’s submitted. Is there a way to configure this in DocuSign, perhaps using hidden fields, encryption, or other features? Help! How do I add an electronic signature to a DocuSign document for my Manager?

Hi - How do you add your manager’s electronic signature to a DocuSign document - if they are sent a Docusign document from an external entity? I have received a few of these but havent been able to add their signature for them, is there a way to do this? I havent used DocuSign before - just using the 30 day free trial to try and work this out! Thank you

Still being charged despite cancelling

I have been charged for April’s subscription but downgraded to the free service in March. I cannot file a support case because my subscription doesn’t cover that. There is no one to contact and every chat refers me to the support case option. Any help out there?

I need help getting a refund and I've tried DocuSign's digital support without any luck

Hello! I am trying to cancel my DocuSign account. I was just charged for an annual subscription on 3.31.25. When I tried to cancel it, I received a message saying: Refund information We’re sorry to inform you that your account is not eligible for a refund. This is either because it's been over 30 days since your purchase or you do not have an annual subscription. For more information on refunds, please review our Terms and Conditions . The customer support chatbot either drops the chat immediately or asks me if I need help with fraud. I’ve been a DocuSign customer for 5 years and can’t believe that I’m receiving such poor support. Does anyone have any suggestios on how to reach a live support person. I tried to login and schedule a callback and was booted off the page as well. Thanks!

Adding Custom Field not possible

Hi, maybe someone knows how to handle this error. When adding a custom field (or more try to) it states: “This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use custom tab.” I´ve tried to add it undr “My Preferences” and i have an admin account and i´m within the administration group, so i should have sufficient right to do so. Is there any global setting that prevents me from setting up an custom field? All the best and thanks for your help!

Paid for Business Pro and I have no access to the features I need

I paid for a business pro account after having a free trial and I cannot access the features. It says that I have the business pro account when I go to the upgrade feature on my account, but other than that I have no access to the features I need. I tried to create a customer support ticket - but those are only for paid customers… I did pay and still cannot submit a ticket. I then called the sales line because I have clients waiting on me to send out contracts and the salesman told me that he could see I paid for the account but that sometimes it can take them a few hours to update the accounts to fully reflect the upgrade. EXTREMELY disappointing how terrible the customer service is for such a big organization. I will be switching platforms as soon as my remaining envelopes are executed and closed.

We are currently using the DateSignedTab for the embedded signing. However, we are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but the timestamp is showing SGT (Singapore Time. Is there any way to change the timestamp to reflect our current location?

How to update my user name.

I need to speak with someone in support, but cannot submit a support ticket or get anyone on the phone to answer my question. I need to change my user name so that it is correct when emails are sent to my customers. I have tried to update it under Admin, Users, Actions, Edit, but I keep getting an error message “An error occurred while getting user detail”. I need to change a simple thing and cannot get anyone interact with me in any way from DocuSign!

Single option Conditional Routing

I am working with conditional routing: I have a selection that if checked, adds a recipient to the standard workflow (set up as a conditional routing group). If the box is not checked, it does not have an alternate- it should just continue the standard workflow to the next recipient. Is there a solution for this?

Question about multiple brands

Hi, Looking for some advice here. My client uses Docusign for a variety of purposes and has two main workflows: One form is sent to users via a Power Form url (in an email message). The user completes the document, submits it and should be taken back to the client’s website. Another set of forms is handled manually. The client adds a document, sets the signing order, email subject and message, and expiration + due dates. Then they set the signing fields on the document and hit send. In this case, they don’t want the users to be redirected back to their website. They prefer just having the default experience where the user remains on the Docusign site with a message telling them that they’re done. We recently added a Brand to their account with some redirect urls in it. This ended up sending all their signers back to the client’s website. As the client did not want that, we removed the branding for now. It sounds like they could get around this by upgrading their account to support mult

Hello DocuSign Coms, We are trying to find a way to backup documentations that have been send out to either to Sharepoint or Onedrive. Red text in the right hand corner of a signed document

When I send a document it contains text in the top right corner that I did not add. How do I get rid of it? All of the text is in red.
