Need Docusign exam certificate

I was working in different organization, I did the docusign course and appeared for exam, i passed the exam and got the certificate.

 

Now, I am working in a different organization. so, do not have that certificate anymore.

 

How to get that certificate ?

To obtain your certificate from a DocuSign University course, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to DocuSign University using the same email address you used to take the course.
2. Go to My Learning and ensure you have completed all modules and assessments required for the course.
3. Once the course is fully completed, navigate to Transcript > Completed.
4. Select the course and click View Certificate or Download Certificate.

If you do not see your certificate, please allow a few minutes for the system to update. You may also try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If the issue persists, kindly reach out to DocuSign Support or the DSU Helpdesk for further assistance.

Thanks Marco for the input. 

The problem is, I left the organization using which email, I did the certificate.

Is there any other way to get the certificate ?
