I’m seeing the same error when saving a template.  Had no issues yesterday but this morning, I cannot save.  Still troubleshooting but it’s possible something changed at Docusign’s end?

Hello,

We’re seeing the same error: DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE when trying to edit a template today also when we try to save and continue. We were filling in values for check boxes when this happened. Is there something I can do to resolve this?

Thanks,

Hannah

Are you using DocGen for Salesforce or for eSignature?

A constant issue. DocuSign is an unusable product with this issue. Documents become corrupt for completely unknown reasons. Adding an indented bullet, changing a font… It even completely erased a document I spent hours on. I started over and within 10 minutes the new document couldn’t be saved and gave this error too.

I have been having this issue constantly when creating new templates and clicking Save and Close. I have found that refreshing the browser (I use Chrome) and then clicking Save and Close does resolve the error, and does seem to save without losing any work.

I know this is an older post, but hopefully this helps someone.
