How can I see whose envelopes were transferred?

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when multiple envelope transfers are initiated simultaneously, and it’s unclear which ones have been completed.

I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when multiple envelope transfers are initiated simultaneously, and it’s unclear which ones have been completed. Currently, Docusign does not offer a single view in Admin that displays which envelopes were transferred from a specific user once the transfer is complete. The Action menu will only display the destination user, not the original owner. 

 The best place to share this kind of idea is on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request.

That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
