Nothing happens after entering Connection Speed Test page

Hi all,

I am supposed to sign documents using my company e-mail but I am not able to get through identification process, I tried using other browser, restarting, incognito mode, etc. but nothing helps. I stuck on the Connection Speed Test page - I enter it and nothing happens.

 

Any ideas what to do?

Have you try other network with network provider?

I tried different internet providers, different browsers, deleting cache and cookies. I was using incognito mode as well and installing all possible updates on my laptop. I did many restarts (just in case this time it will work). None of this helped.

I also tried to use mobile phone option but it didn’t work as well (different internet providers and few restarts). It didn’t work also when I took my friend’s phone.

Could you share a step-by-step of exactly what you were doing when it happened? Any error messages or screenshots would be great—that'll give us a clearer picture and point us in the right direction.
