I'm using embedded signing in my app. It redirects from my web page to the DocuSign signing page, and after the user finishes signing, it redirects back to my web page. I want users to receive a completion email once they've signed, just like when they sign via email. Is that possible?  Do I need to modify the code, or can I do it through platform settings?  

Dear DocuSign Team, We recently started using the DocuSign new shared access feature in our organization, migrating all the actual access from the old to the new feature. After that, I discovered that the new feature is designed to not allow users to access a shared envelope via a direct link, which caused a huge manual work for some of our departments. Do you have any plans to enable the link access for the new feature, or should we rollback and use again the old feature? Thank you,Raafat

Does anyone know why we need “Express Signature” with the “IDV Premier” type of signature? 

I am receiving the below error but My template has multiply fields to be field in by the 1st recipient and don't understand why I am getting this message Please review these issues:The primary recipient must have at least one text, checkbox, dropdown, or radio field on the template. .

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.  

I would like to know how to, or request a feature, that makes it possible at admin level to customise the default subject line prefix that appears in sending emails.Currently this always defaults to “Complete with Docusign:” and this wording has on many occasions caused documents to be overlooked by recipients - the feedback I get is they see the word “Complete” and think it is a completed document, not a request for a signature, especially for our internal signatories who receive lots of documents for signing. This problem is compounded by the default subject line for finished documents starting with “Completed” - this just seems like a major UX oversight.It is frustrating to have to go in and change this on every envelope. I did see a ‘solution’ that involved setting up templates, but I send lots of different docs, I don’t want a template for each one, and navigating to templates just to send a quick doc seems unnecessarily onerous when you have made all other aspects of the system e

I’m using the list envelopes action to get the status. This envelope has a bad email address.  but the API only shows it as ‘Sent’ I have also tried the Get_audit_event_list action. This does not show delivery failure either. This seems like a very basic requirement so it must be possible?

Hi DocuSign Team,Like many on here, I am unable to create a developer account as it fails to send the verification code. I am also unable to create a support ticket because it throws an “Unable to log in” error on selecting the service I’d like to log into. This happens before I’ve actually entered log in details.I am also unable to select anything other than “I can’t log in” from the “More support options” > “I can’t access my account” drop down, which does not provide a text box to enter my details. If you could enter a support ticket for me, or DM me a contact email  or similar, that would be great. Cheers

Since DocuSign isn’t supporting their users, how do they expect anyone to open a case if they’re not a paid customer, and if their Chat option isn’t working? Are we supposed to communicate by smoke signals, or telepathy?You need to get your act together and provide real support, for users, not just government contract customers.So, explain to me why the DocuSign Envelope ID number is no longer included at the top of each page when you sign a document, and then explain who made that hare-brained decision, and what you’re doing to fix your Chat function — which never opens a chat window.Email is a required level of functionality for all users — paid or free. Chat doesn’t work, and since you’re claiming that you provide support, failing to actually do it means you’re a target for a class action lawsuit, which will definitely hurt your business and reputation.

Hi,I have a scenario where Phone Authentication is already configured as the identity verification method. I’m now looking to enable IAL2 (ID Verification) as well.When sending an eSignature envelope to a recipient, is it possible to require the signer to complete Phone Authentication first and then IAL2 verification as part of the same signing process?If this is not supported, what is the recommended or best-practice approach for handling scenarios where a higher level of identity assurance is required?Thank you.

I had a question about my plan and billing as I have paid too much, and was connected with someone via live chat.The person was rude, sarcastic and did not resolve my issue. They then proceeded to “pretend” we got disconnected and abruptly ended the chat. Please see screen shots.  

I was working in different organization, I did the docusign course and appeared for exam, i passed the exam and got the certificate. Now, I am working in a different organization. so, do not have that certificate anymore. How to get that certificate ?

We’ve had recent feedback that it’s not intuitive for all client that the ‘finish later’ is an option on the dropdown arrow next to ‘finish’ , and it’d be useful if it was next to the ‘finish’ on the main template. Has this been raised before to be changed in the future? 

I am trying to set up a template where the first person has “Allow to Edit” but the option is not showing in the list. I am using a production account. I have attached screenshots of both the option not there and showing up (in my developer account).Please let me know if there is something I can do.

I use an ICP-Brasil e-CPF cloud certificate, managed by a certified Trust Service Provider (TSP). The certificate is not installed in the Windows Certificate Store and is not exposed via PKCS#11 or CSP locally. Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.
