Hi,I have a scenario where Phone Authentication is already configured as the identity verification method. I’m now looking to enable IAL2 (ID Verification) as well.When sending an eSignature envelope to a recipient, is it possible to require the signer to complete Phone Authentication first and then IAL2 verification as part of the same signing process?If this is not supported, what is the recommended or best-practice approach for handling scenarios where a higher level of identity assurance is required?Thank you.

I cant´t create a webform from a template. I checked all the steps, every field has a description and so on. In the end it´s showing an error: “The use of a document creation template is not supported.”Any idea?

Hello DocuSign Community,I am looking for clarification regarding supported digital certificates for Brazil (ICP-Brasil), specifically cloud-based certificates where the private key is not stored locally on the signer’s machine. I use an ICP-Brasil e-CPF cloud certificate, managed by a certified Trust Service Provider (TSP). The certificate is not installed in the Windows Certificate Store and is not exposed via PKCS#11 or CSP locally. The signing process works as follows: The user selects “cloud certificate” A local application is launched The signer authenticates using QR Code + 2FA (mobile approval) The cryptographic signing operation occurs remotely (HSM / remote key signing) This certificate works correctly on: Government portals Other Brazilian signing platforms Websites that require client certificate authentication However, when attempting to sign documents in DocuSign eSignature, the signing process cannot be completed, which suggests that DocuSign e

When a user leaves our company we transferer their envelopes using the “Transfer now” button before closing the user’s account. Occasionally an admin will start several of these transfers at once or get distracted while the envelopes are being transferred. The issue is they cannot tell which transfers are complete and have to check each user to see if they still have envelopes before closing out the record. How can the view whose envelopes were transferred? The “Action” button only shows who the envelops were transferred to, not who they belonged to initially.

We received a note back in August of 2025 (below) from Docusign saying that the underlying infrastructure was changing to Azure sometime between 11/2025 and 5/2026. Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.

Does anyone know why we need “Express Signature” with the “IDV Premier” type of signature? 

Since DocuSign isn’t supporting their users, how do they expect anyone to open a case if they’re not a paid customer, and if their Chat option isn’t working? Are we supposed to communicate by smoke signals, or telepathy?You need to get your act together and provide real support, for users, not just government contract customers.So, explain to me why the DocuSign Envelope ID number is no longer included at the top of each page when you sign a document, and then explain who made that hare-brained decision, and what you’re doing to fix your Chat function — which never opens a chat window.Email is a required level of functionality for all users — paid or free. Chat doesn’t work, and since you’re claiming that you provide support, failing to actually do it means you’re a target for a class action lawsuit, which will definitely hurt your business and reputation.

All i wanted to do is create a document that needs a signature. Now I cannot retrieve the document because my reset password is not accepting. I cannot get to the chat box for support to pop up. For a document to be scanned and emailed back, to this process has wasted a tremendous amount of time. And this process is also painful.

I am using DocuSign for 2 complex medical consent forms related to Embryo Adoption in our IVF program (I am a fertility doc). We will need to use the online notary function. It is very important that we get this right as disputes over frozen embryos are sadly not uncommon (Sofia Vergara and Nick Loeb)...This is simply beyond my abilities so looking to outsource. Hi, I created a paid DocuSign account for myself as I urgently need a QES siganture. I added this type of signature, but I have problem with proceeding in the ‘Identity Verification’ section. It looks like it’s used to ask a person I ask for signing to identify themselves, but it doesn’t work anyway; I keep having an error. How do I authenticate myself? I will not be asking anyone for signing now? I just need to have the QES signature active for myself. I will be really thankful for your help. Best regards,Maria

We have a user profile (as a “service account”) designated to be the Owner of our Docusign Web Forms, Templates, and Power Automate Flow Connectors. Every quarter, this password must be changed in Docusign. After I change the password in the user profile in Docusign, I have to launch Power Automate. I believe that I then have to open dependent objects that have a stored connection containing this user’s credentials in some way to get the prompts that will ask me to authenticate this user’s credentials again. I can respond to the prompts and update the authentication credentials at that time, but only if I get a prompt to do so. However I don’t know how many objects in Power Automate need to be “refreshed” manually so that they do not fail when triggered. We have standard Docusign Connectors but we also have a Custom Connector. How do I know that all of my connections are updated? Do I have to trigger flows that use all of the affected connectors? Dear DocuSign Team, We recently started using the DocuSign new shared access feature in our organization, migrating all the actual access from the old to the new feature. After that, I discovered that the new feature is designed to not allow users to access a shared envelope via a direct link, which caused a huge manual work for some of our departments. Do you have any plans to enable the link access for the new feature, or should we rollback and use again the old feature? Thank you,Raafat
