Enable Company outside US to set default Account as Non-Part 11 at company level or department level or better AD Group level

Dear docusign team,

This CR is regarding ”Enable Company outside US to set default Account as Non-Part 11 at company level or department level or better AD Group level“.

The reason is that in China, we do not need to follow Part11. But our company is using Docusign for locations all over the world. We need to explain each time a new leader join the company that why he/she needs to login again after the SSO login+personal sign. And the new leader does not want to sign again as he is using cell phone version to sign, and when signing, he needs to login again using SSO + DUO verfiication code which is really complicate for him to sign each document.

This CR has been discussed with your customer support team for several weeks but there is no solution but to let separate sender to change the default account by him/herself. This solution will bring us a lot of workload to explain to end users/new employees as well as to end users to let them change the default account.

Please consider this CR and if possible can provide us the estimated date to implement.
