I'm trying to make DocuSign Recipient status information viewable in Salesforce. I have DocuSign status on the Quote object, and see a 'tab' for DocuSign Recipient Status but no information is displaying.

Sometimes our reps want to follow up with a URL link with the DocuSign agreement to encourage the customer to sign. Is there any way our reps can easily access a URL for their sent documents within Salesforce?

HelloIs it possible to have the signed documents uploaded automatically to additional objects/records and not only to the object/record which is the source for the document/envelope?E.g. the document/envelope is triggered from the opportunity record; once signed/completed the signed documents gets uploaded/attached to the opportunity record automatically;is it possible that the signed documents also get uploaded/attached to the account record automatically? can this be configured?

I'm getting 'This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.' when I try to add a merge field while creating a template, does anyone know which permission I should add to the DocuSign user in order to make this work?

Example: I'm trying to remove state/province for our EU clients, but I need to to be a required for for out US clients. Current Logic: <Content Select="//State_Province" Optional="true"/> #>We want our US clients to be required to have State/Province, but we don't want this field for our EU clients.

We have a typical Salesforce docusign integration. The problem is that all sent documents/envelopes are synced back to Salesforce. Any Salesforce user that is also a Docusign user can switch to the Docusign Lightning App and use the tabs such as "Docusign Status" and "Docusign Envelope" to see any document that was synced back to salesforce. Obviously we don't want all users to be able to see sensitive documents such as offer letters, etc. How can we 1) prevent this data from being synced back to salesforce or ... 2) control who has access? We have a dynamic table inside one of our agreements which pulls in the quote line items from a Salesforce Quote and displays in the rows of the table, which works great, but the rows do not populate in the same order as Salesforce. Is there a way to sort the table by the Sort Order of the quote line items in salesforce so our users do not have to do this manually after generating the agreement?

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".

Hi there.I work as SF admin for a company and I was asked to make sure we are using the latest version of our paid apps. I noticed that our company has an installed package called "DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce", which was last modified in 2018.I used the Download section of this website to get a new version of the app, which installed a new package with a slightly different name "DocuSign Apps Launcher". Can you guys please confirm if there was a name change in the past and I'm getting the same app. Thanks in advance.

I wanted to send a docusign to myself through salesforce as a test and it popped up this error. I also tried to send it to other users in Salesforce and it still popped up that same error

I create an envelope with a document. When it is signed, the envelope shows up in the DocuSign Status related list with a DSX- number. In the related list, the signed document needs to be a File, not a Notes & Attachments. How do I change where it is saved?Thanks

When configure the DocuSign Demo using DocuSign Admin, it was failed during connect DocuSign to Salesforce. I have tried two different Salesforce orgs, but still the same.

Is there a way to add conditional formatting to the document (for example: make a field required if another field equals "yes")?I know this works if you send the document directly from DocuSign, but we are sending it via a Conga button in Salesforce using the Docusign Parameters... Hi All, I see that when sending a DocuSign that you can select from Salesforce Files to send it. However, I'm not seeing any option to attach the completed document to Salesforce Files instead of Notes and Attachments. I'm exploring moving from Notes and Attachments to Files, but having Docusign attach the completed document is a very important business case. Am I missing something?

Salesforce for DocuSign. I am migrating a company from one Salesforce Org to another. I need the DocuSign users to be able to see the templates in DocuSign in the new Salesforce Org. I set the Users up in the new Salesforce Org, and they can see the templates if I make them administrators in DocuSign, but I don't want to do that. Thanks
