In summary, Data Verification will allow you to confirm whether or not data entered into the verification field exists and is in the correct format, but does not confirm that the verified data is associated with the field owner. There are many enhancements to Docusign’s core eSignature program now that Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) has gone live. One of these features, available to all IAM applications, is Data Verification. This feature allows you to request specific biographic information from a recipient, and Docusign will compare this information against a third-party database to verify that the data entered is accurate. Cannot enable Custody Transfer

As the title would imply, I’m trying to manage Custody Transfer settings for my org’s account. However, the option is simply missing from eSignature settings. When I go to Features, there is no option to enable the Transfer Custody feature. We have a Business Pro plan, which explicitly has the Custody Transfer feature listed on the feature grid.What do I need to do to enable this feature?

Report to determine # of completed envelopes in my org account

I’m getting ready to implement a document retention policy and would like to run a report similar to the Envelope Report but only return a list of completed envelopes that have not been deleted/removed. The envelope report brings back all envelopes ever sent whether or not they still reside in the user’s account. Anyone know if this report is possible? Thanks much! Kristin

Hi There, I would like to add Id veryfication for the person who will be signing contract with me. But dont see any uption to add this requiements. In the settings I add option that veryfication is required, but when customising the contract options there is only posibility to send the code as a veryfication methode.

Hello, i want to access the admin page to claim a Domain for enabling SSO (SAML, MS Entra ID). But i can’t find this icon with 9 dots (upper, left) to access the admin page. did the layout change? trys different browsers… if i access admin.docusign.com i can see some setings but nothing about domain. thank you for help… Andreas

Hello, I am a DocuSign user at a large company and have a large volume of documents running through templates. I really need to unlock the frequency of reminders feature. I know an admin has to do this, but that person can’t seem to figure out how to do this on my account. Could someone please send step by step admin rules for unlocking this feature for users?

How do we get the Summary doc included when the signed documents are sent to us?

We want a recipient (and us) to receive not only the signed document, but also the Summary sheet. Is there a setting to have that included by default?
