Send copy to another person and not receive an email

Hi.

I am in charge of making sure DocuSign Templates are being created and sent to the correct people.

How do I set it up so that a Completed form get sent to a particular person and not me? Is there a way to do this?

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

You won't get a notification as long as you are not the one who uses the template and sends it to the recipients.

Please ensure as well that you are not part of the template listed as the recipient (receives a copy), for this will send you a completion once the envelope is completed.

They have it hooked to a QR code.

Is there a way to route it to a certain person?

It is not possible. By default, a notification will be sent to the sender of the envelope.

You may try using other applications and integrating with DocuSign Connect (webhooks), which will give you more control over notifications.
