how to transfer existing (past) envelopes and templates from one account to another?

we are considering to join head office group account with DocuSign instead of renewing existing direct as a company

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

The only way to transfer envelopes from one account to another would be if both accounts are part of the same Organization and if they are in the same server, otherwise, it won’t be possible: Envelope Transfer Overview

However templates is a different story. There isn’t a way to transfer all templates at once but they can be downloaded from one account and uploaded in another: Download Templates and Upload Templates
