So, i signed up to Docusign today, and I need an approveal button. So I need to upgrade my plan to business standard, ok. I upgrade, and the button is still not available. Well thats a bit disingenious, so I upgrade to business pro, and get my approval button (eventually). Then I go about creating a contract, i need to get out today. And Now the emails will not send, to valid and working email addresses.
And THEN, i find out my 400+ year a plan on Business Pro will NOT allow me to raise support cases. So tell me, how does one run a business without support despite paying these fees.
Oh, this is bad, very bad service and experieince.
But if any admins are moderating, please tell me how to get emails working, so I can meet my deadline today (And keep my business and customers happy)
