Automatic removal of Group Based Permissions?

I feel silly to ask but I am trying to figure out how I would know if our account will be impacted by the automatic update to legacy groups to remove the group-based permissions and transition customers to profile-based permissions? What can I look for to confirm if we are or are not going to be automatically updated?

Announcements

The Docusign Group and Permission Management feature currently operates in a profile-based permission manner. Prior to profile-based permissions, our service used legacy group-based permissions, which are no longer optimal in enabling role-based controls and capabilities.

In March 2025, Docusign will automatically update customers’ legacy groups to remove the group-based permissions and transition customers to profile-based permissions. For customers who cannot wait for the automatic upgrade, account administrators can manually upgrade by deleting legacy groups and creating new profile-based permissions as described in Docusign Group and Permission Management.
