Running a report only showing envelopes in WAITING FOR OTHERS folder

Is there a way to run an envelope status report of ONLY the envelopes in the WAITING FOR OTHERS page?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible. 

 

I understand your need to run a report of envelopes waiting for others.

 

Currently, we do not have this on the Envelope Report. I sincerely apologize. However, you can go to the Waiting for Others inbox, manually select the envelopes, and then select “Export as CSV.”

 

 

 

But if you are trying to run a report of all the users on the account, and you are an Administrator, you can run a report of Sent envelopes as technically they are still in progress envelopes.: Envelope Report

I appreciate the feedback but I am pretty frustrated with the running reports business - I just want a simple report of all the items in my Waiting for Others folder that I can sort by date created.  This shouldn’t be such a hassle.

I have suggested, and will again, that the Waiting for Others page be made customizable so we can see what we want at a glance.
