I don’t think they are using that email any longer. The most recent support page (that I could see) is:

it shows how to report abuse from the dropdown on the ‘review and complete’ page.

How do I get to that page if I don’t have an actual document to review? The closest I can get is to this page, which still calls out spam@docusign.com as the reporting method for spammy emails.
They need a web page form or something to get around the anti-spam measures all major email services use on both inbound and outbound messages.

P.S. Tried one more thing. I saved the suspect mail to a file, the zipped the file with a password and sent the zip file with the password in the body of the message to spam@docusign.com. THAT got through.

As for the email address spam@docusign.com, we are still using that email, but please avoid forwarding the suspected email itself. Rather, please have it as an attachment to a new email.

I ended up saving the fraudulent email, putting it in a zip file with a password (IMPORTANT) and sending the zip file to your abuse email address.
The password on the zip file prevents any system inspecting the emails from identifying the email in the zip file as spam and blocking the message.
