Close Unmanaged Accounts in my claimed domain

Hi,

we have claimed our domain, and enabled the Microsoft Authentication.
The authenticated users are now synced by Microsoft Azure.

Unfortunately some users had setup “personal” accounts with their company mail.
I have read about the option to close these accounts, but this does not work. I dont even have that option.

How dow I close / delete those accounts ?
The domain is claimed, so I need them gone.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.

Thank you for sending me your account number and email associated on your account.

You may follow the steps provided in the link below on how you can close their free external accounts associated to your domain.

Close Free External Domain Accounts

Under Signup Settings, you can prevent unmanaged signups so that the domain users cannot create new accounts nor be added to external accounts if they are using an email address of the claimed domain.

These users can only be added to accounts linked to your organization. They must either be created by your administrator or provisioned by just-in-time provisioning.

Hi,

in the meantime, I was informed that I need an extra license for this.
I am not sure what to think about this.

Why would I need to pay money to make sure our domain is maintained ?
I would either like you to activate this feature for us, or for our sales representative to get in touch in a timely manner so I can discuss this with him.
