I am currently using a DocuSign developer account for testing and integration purposes, and I would like to enable the SMS delivery feature within the account. However, I am not seeing the option to activate it in my settings.

Could you kindly assist me in enabling the SMS feature so I can continue testing this functionality as part of my integration?

You need to open a case and request to enable this feature.
