Hello @Alan Searl,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We are thrilled to have you here and look forward to sharing as much knowledge as we can.
I understand the need to effectively manage the transition from your old email addresses to the new ones in DocuSign, while ensuring that all historical documents remain accessible I sincerely apologize for any challenges and rest assured that I'll make efforts to help.
Updating email address is a setting that each user should manage individually. Users must change their email address through their Profile. For detailed instructions, please refer to the guide: Change Your Email Address
Changing email address does not affect any envelopes currently in the account. You can still access all previously sent and received envelopes using the old email address. To receive new envelopes at your new email address, be sure to instruct them to use the new email address. If someone sends envelopes to the old email address, provided you have access to the email account, you can still view and sign them. However, since your account now uses a new email address, those envelopes will not be displayed in your account. For further details, see: What Happens to Your Envelopes When You Change Your Email Address? The email change process will send a code to the old email address. My question is, do you still have access to that old email address?
Alternatively, if the account belongs to an Organization, as outlined in the Introduction to Docusign Organization Administration, DocuSign Administrators (Org Admins) can change users' email addresses using the bulk update process, provided that the organization has claimed the domain: Domains
If the domain is claimed, here are the instructions on how Org Admin updates the email address:
Build a CSV to Bulk Update Users
Update User Email Addresses
Regarding how to update the Account Address / Billing address, an Administrator can follow the instructions here: Update Your Account Name and Address
