When one of several signatories tries to sign, he reports that the signature area is black. The document looks fine and no other signatory is reporting the same issue.Any ideas?

Hi,Recently the formatting of our emails has suddenly changed, when I receive an email to Review documents our logo is huge and the text is tiny. The link to Review Documents is really hard to see because it’s so small.  Any tips on how to fix this?  Not sure why it has suddenly changed.Thank you :)

Do I need a Business or higher pricing Plan to be able to Enable fax delivery?

Hi TeamOur company was recently established as a spin-off from another organization. All of our DocuSign user email addresses currently use the @OldCompany.com domain, and we need to update them to @newcompany.com.We have not yet created an Organization or claimed the @OldCompany domain. Is it possible to use the Bulk User Edit option to update the email addresses? Additionally, we need to ensure that all documents sent from @OldCompany.com remain accessible under @newcompany.com.Could someone provide guidance on the steps we should take to achieve this?ThanksVino

I opened a billing ticket for being overbilled and cannot get anyone at docusign to update the ticket or call me as requested multiple times!  Does their support even exist anymore?  Do I have to cancel my account?

I have asked to have my vat in my billing, buit today I went to get the pdfs or to print the invoices, but I have nothing in the billing view of the admin… I turned premium this past month… but I need the invoices from the other months, does anyone have any help to offer pls?

HI How do I get the NEW DOCUSIGN COMPLETED title changed when it comes through the agreements tab - its very confusing as all the submissions I make are listed with generic title NEW PROBITY CHECK so cant identify the file at a glance without actually having to view the doc to identify which it is. 

I have docusigned an agreement upon invitation of the counterparty. I have a partial pdf with the DocuSign Envelope ID, can I use this ID to retrieve the entire document?Thank you 

Signee #1 completed signing the form, but signer #2 says they don’t have the email alert. Can I just resend the original link?

I have been struggling with this for a while, and DocuSign was able to explain my problem but not how to fix it. I’m on the NA3 server, with the Shared Access feature turned on. The intent is that I review documents for my boss by opening her DS envelopes from Shared Access, running a quick comparison on them, and telling her “okay good to sign.”If a document is sent on NA4 though, I can’t access it. Unfortunately, it seems like a good portion of the documents are sent from NA4 accounts. Is there a way to move my NA3 account to the NA4 server? Or a way to guarantee someone else’s account will be on NA4?

I’m getting ready to impliment SSO and they mention a demo organization.  I can’t figure out how to create a demo organization that is linked to my real organization.  I want to link our domian and SSO (Azure) only once. 

I am currently trying to do a handover with custom reports I made so that others in my team (one with admin access and the other with limited admin access to reports) can access it, continue using the data being reported, and play around with filters for ad hoc reports.I know that I can schedule reports, but I was wondering if they can just access what I made directly on the site. I can see that there is a solution to the CLM instance of DocuSign, but I couldn’t see it for e-Signature.At the moment, the only solution I can think of is building reports for each account. This is doable, but it’s not my ideal sustainable solution.

Why is it that documents are sometimes signed with my name and sometimes with my signature? I’m the recipient.

Dear All, I hope you can assist, I am trying to give a user access so that they can open, receive and download signed documents within Docusign - however, all they can see if my signed documents but cannot see all staff. Have I missed something in the process? This individual does not need full access to upload or send out forms - just view, edit, possibly sign and download.Please advise?Thank you@Tara_OLS 

Our organization just released updated envelopes for intakes.  We’re receiving calls from clients stating that they’ll reach the questionnaire page with radio boxes being used in a “on the scale of 1-5” manner, and not being able to complete the whole document without Docusign returning them back to this questionnaire page.  Each question has their own group of 5 radio boxes.  When they reach the end and attempt to submit, it brings them back to this particular questionnaire page where the very first question (line 1) will have all the radio boxes lined with a jagged red outline. So far, we’ve gotten 4 different clients who have reported the same exact issue.  The work-around I managed to find was instructing them to make another choice in that group of radio boxes, and then changing back to their original number choice.  So far, that’s been successful in bypassing that nuisance, but I wanted to know if there’s another way at troubleshooting this.  All I’ve done thus f

I need to remove specific signers from a document and the document has been partially completed by other signers.  ie., John Doe has completed his docs and Jane Doe hasn’t, and I need to remove Jane Doe now.

I am trying to figure out how to share envelopes in my account. I have 4 users and have paid for 6 seats. (60 envelopes) - how can I make it to where all users can use all of the envelopes?

Doesn’t the basic plan include 5 envelopes per month? If so why is my plan saying I ran out of envelopes in the month of October when I haven’t used any yet?

Hi everyone - has anyone got any pointers on this issue i have. I as an admin - did shared access from one user account - adding in the secretary of the directory on the shared access area of the system.  However when the secretary logs into her docusign she cannot see any of the envelopes. Despite her being named in the directors profile as a shared access. I chose the option for Allow to send on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXX in setting it up and have also removed and tried the option Allow to manage on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX however with neither option does the secretary have the visibility of the envelopes of the profile I chose the share access with others.Have I missed something? Any advice would be great. thanks in advance.

Is there a way to recover purged documents

Is it possible to import data in a specified column from the CSV bulk file into the body of email via bulk send?  We have different code send to employees.  The code cannot be on the form and must be on the email.  How could this be accomplished?  I looked up ECF and followed the steps, but it did not work.  Thank you.
