Administrative Access to Envelope Reports

Question

I am a Docusign Administrator and i would like to download an Envelope report that was sent by another user. In particular i would like to see who completed particular fields within the envelope. Please can you advise how to download a report sent by another internal user - i am able to view the Envelope ID on the  Envelope Recipient Report
