I am a Docusign Administrator and i would like to download an Envelope report that was sent by another user. In particular i would like to see who completed particular fields within the envelope. Please can you advise how to download a report sent by another internal user - i am able to view the Envelope ID on the Envelope Recipient Report

Docusign standard reports does not allow you to see information entered in specific fields, is the report the other user sent an Index file from Retrieve?
