I need help with our docusign donation account it says that it is perpetual but I am billed 4500 USD.

Based on the provided screenshot, it looks like you purchased a Docusign account via a TechSoup offering. Therefore, TechSoup is your primary contact and you should contact them directly to resolve your inquiry.

I am not familiar with their offering and promo codes, but rules, eligibility and restrictions may apply.

Thank you! But after a series of email exchange they (Techsoup) cant figure out either.
