Hello Community!

 

How can I get a contact of a Customer Support? I have a billing case and the instructions do not help. I have a paid plan but there is not contact email to write a letter to. 

 

Could you help me to find it?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Can you clarify what you mean that you have a billing case but the instructions are not clear? Where you able to open the case and select a preferred contact method? Customer Support may only be reached via a case and depending on your preferred contact method that is how they will reach out to you.

If you are having issue logging in to create a case via the normal “Open a case” option, there is another option, “I can’t access my account or invoices”, which does not require you to login to your account: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

When clicking the option it should give you the following screen which will allow you to create a case without the need of logging in:
