when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow?  I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review.  I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.

Hello, In Power automate I have a flow to sign through Docusign. In my template I have some tabs that the user have to fill in info. My question is, can I fetch these info (their values) and use them later? For example from the screenshot, can I get the ‘testText’ value?  

I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to sign off month end files as PDFs for audit and SOx compliance, but this month I have noticed that one of the Excel files I uploaded and converted to a PDF is only showing 49 pages in the PDF whereas the Excel file has 52 pages and the missing three pages are the final three tabs from the Excel file. I have never had this issue before with any of the hundreds of files that I have uploaded and converted so I am stuck on how I can resolve this issue.Thanks in advance for any advice !

We are new to SharePoint and would like to allow our users to drag and drop their documents from SharePoint into DocuSign.The current workaround is to download the document from SharePoint to the desktop and then we are able to drag and drop into DocuSign.We found the app for SharePoint to integrate DocuSign, and our Administrator gave it permission, but it is not available in SharePoint like the online help said it would.   We are using MicroSoft 365.

Hi, I am developing a Power Automate flow that integrates DocuSign for managing multiple file uploads or attachments from SharePoint. In this flow: One of the documents requires a DocuSign signature, and I have successfully implemented this step. However, for the remaining PDF files that need to be reviewed by the approver, I am unable to send these documents to the approver.  I am encountering an error in the "Add Documents to an Envelope" action. Below, I have outlined the steps I followed in my flow and the issues I am facing. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you! 

Hi there,Newby question - Are there any Docusign add-ins available for MS Outlook or common PDF readers such as Adobe Acrobat or MS Edge? I’m basically wanting to create an envelope directly from these apps rather than having to import a file into Docusign itself.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi, I’ve been having any issue in trying to activate Docusign on Microsoft Word for a user.The error message received “Please try again or Contact IT. The user lacks sufficient permission to access this resource”Scenario: User already has DS Sender access granted and was able to sign documents that is received on Docusign Portal. Issue only occurs when trying to sign documents directly from Microsoft Word. > Docusign for Microsoft Word was installed without a hitch> Sign-in was successful as MFA prompt was seen cleared from our end.> But user is receiving the notification the error message mentioned in the third line. Additional note: Have tried to install Docusign from AppSource, if it makes any difference, but it still generates an error messsage, albeit a different one, “Please try again or Contact IT. I am a security admin for our Microsoft 365 account. Today all emails from dse_na4@docusign.net are being stripped and held due to “containing malicious URL”. These emails appear to be legit. They are related to envelopes actively in the signing process, and we have verified that the document activity attached matches what we see when logging directly in via DocuSign.com. When browsing directly to www.docusign.net, our browsers are also flagging docusign.net as a dangerous/malicious website. The combination of MS and browsers flagging as dangerous has us concerned, and we have asked our users to pause use of DocuSign momentarily until we can confirm.Is there any currently known active threat that is being managed on the docusign.net domain?Thanks!

I am experiencing issues with my developer account while trying to connect it to Power Automate flow in D365.

Hello, I am working on a Power Automate flow in which two documents are sent to the recipient. One document is a PDF packet that contains multiple pages of information for the recipient, this document does not need to be signed, only viewed. The other document is a docx file that contains a page which needs to be signed. I am having trouble creating a power automate flow in which both of these documents can be sent together in one envelope, with only one requiring a signature. Is this possible?

We suddenly started facing below issues after the trial license changed. Eventhough client has E5 license assigned they are facing below issue while using docusign connector for sending envelope in power automate. We have installed DocuSign for SharePoint on a site collection.  Up until recently we had a custom folder setup and working, for some reason this is no longer working.  I suspect that somebody perhaps changed a setting.  When I go into “Manage DocuSign Administration Settings” and change the option to store signed documents in a custom folder, I am presented with a list of SharePoint sites, but for some strange reason I do not see my site listed.  I’m now unable to select my site, the document library and the custom folder that we were using previously.  Has anyone encountered this issue before?  I see lots of SP sites to select but none of them are the correct site.

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature.I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore.Is there any solution to this issue?

Hello all, we are having some difficulty with their Power Automate integrations.  Using the Update envelope prefill tabs' action, throws an error:Action 'Update_envelope_prefill_tabs' failed: The request body is missing or improperly formatted. We have the Docusign Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement integration installed. When working with both the Quote and Order table, we have a custom Contact field that we use. We would like the value in this field to be a choice for the Docusign recipient. Is there any way to configure our custom field as a recipient for Docusign?

On power automate flows, can I add placeholder values to the tabs the user has to fill in?

Hi, I integrated Docusign with SharePoint on a site and then added the application on the subsite, when I get the signature from the subsite, I authenticate to Docusign but then it doesn't load the documents for the signature, this doesn't happen on the site, only on the subsite.  Is there any additional configuration to do on the SharePoint subsite?thank you
