Hello @dev99,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

I understand the steps you've taken with the document pdf uploaded through Microsoft Forms that gets saved on SharePoint and then goes to DocuSign. You were stuck at tabs and wanted to allow the signature to be placed by the choice of signator. You chose a signature for tab type, and the flow is stuck. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Could you please check if the document has been added? You can check the draft folder in DocuSign and see where it actually stopped.

Regarding the tab,  if you want the signer to add their signature, you can try to invoke a free form signing session by sending the envelope without adding tabs in the workflow.

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!

Hello @dev99,

Thank you for getting back to me. A few suggestions are to open the drafts to see if a document is being added; if not, try naming the documents manually in the workflow. My assumption is the dynamic content passing is not in a usable format. It would be best to open a support case so one of our support team members, can look closely into this, walk you through it, and resolve it immediately.

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
