I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to sign off month end files as PDFs for audit and SOx compliance, but this month I have noticed that one of the Excel files I uploaded and converted to a PDF is only showing 49 pages in the PDF whereas the Excel file has 52 pages and the missing three pages are the final three tabs from the Excel file. I have never had this issue before with any of the hundreds of files that I have uploaded and converted so I am stuck on how I can resolve this issue.

I’m sorry to hear about your issues with the Excel file missing pages. Can you try converting the Excel file outside of Docusign to a PDF?
