We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated.
- There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one.
- The saving of document is happening with Email Subject line instead of File Name, in Docusign Admin section, there is a default subject line “Please review and sign document” which is coming as saved signed document name in sharepoint.
