I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.
I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.

I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.
If there's any way to do this, please let me know.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

@PowerAuto

Docusign Connect, which is the technology used to send these notifications is based on envelope events and recipient events. Depending which connector you are using in Power Automate not all of these events may be available to chose from. However, you can configure the Docusign Connect configuration directly in the Docusign eSignature Admin under Integrations → Connect:

Recipient Signed/Completed is the event you want to enable for the described use case. This will be triggered when the envelope is signed by a recipient.

Hi @Michael.Rave

Thank you for your information!!
That’s very helpful.

Do you know how to use that in Power Automate?

@PowerAuto

In your DocuSign configuration, you should be able to find an item for your Power Automate connection SPOPostBack.  You should be able edit the settings there.   You need to have Admin access.
