We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing.

But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail.

I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Hi @PhilipIEXP,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

The only way in which this could happen is if the user linking Docusign with Microsoft has had a change of credentials. Your user’s credentials can only be managed in eSignature>Manage Profile>Update Password/email, or by resetting your password during the log in process. If your account has enabled SSO for your organization, then your user’s credentials can only be updated on the Identity Provider’s end, it is important to note that any second factor authentication is incompatible with most integrations with eSignature and could cause authentication issues as well. For more details on how to update your credentials in eSignature, see:

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
