Sometimes our reps want to follow up with a URL link with the DocuSign agreement to encourage the customer to sign. Is there any way our reps can easily access a URL for their sent documents within Salesforce?

There were recent updates to the Outlook plug-in that take away the conveniences of what eSignature used to provide. There are now more clicks, it's less intuitive, and the original subject line is erased from the Email Subject on the DocuSign pop-up (where you enter additional recipients) - which makes it look like spam. Not a fan.

On the landing page for the website, I don't have the "Upload a document" (or whatever the wording is) window pop up despite being logged in via my company landing page. And if I try to assign something for signing using the "Approvals" app on Teams, every time I add a file and press "prepare" it just says "Something went wrong. Wait a bit, then try again."Is this one I should be picking up with our IT team - perhaps a permissions thing? HelloIs it possible to have the signed documents uploaded automatically to additional objects/records and not only to the object/record which is the source for the document/envelope?E.g. the document/envelope is triggered from the opportunity record; once signed/completed the signed documents gets uploaded/attached to the opportunity record automatically;is it possible that the signed documents also get uploaded/attached to the account record automatically? can this be configured?

I'm getting 'This Account lacks sufficient permissions to use Merge Fields.' when I try to add a merge field while creating a template, does anyone know which permission I should add to the DocuSign user in order to make this work?

Is there not a plug-in or anything that integrates Acrobat to my docusign account so that I don't have so many clicks to get a document uploaded for signature?Similar to the way MS Word Works? One-click and my word doc is uploaded for signing.Seems like this is sorely needed? Is this because Adobe competes against Docusign?

I'm using Retrieve to bulk download/envelopes. Is there a way to append a value from within the pdf to the document name (within the envelope)? For example, an envelope has 4 documents that each have a field for {location} that is selected by the signer. We have a typical Salesforce docusign integration. The problem is that all sent documents/envelopes are synced back to Salesforce. Any Salesforce user that is also a Docusign user can switch to the Docusign Lightning App and use the tabs such as "Docusign Status" and "Docusign Envelope" to see any document that was synced back to salesforce. Obviously we don't want all users to be able to see sensitive documents such as offer letters, etc. How can we 1) prevent this data from being synced back to salesforce or ... 2) control who has access? We have a dynamic table inside one of our agreements which pulls in the quote line items from a Salesforce Quote and displays in the rows of the table, which works great, but the rows do not populate in the same order as Salesforce. Is there a way to sort the table by the Sort Order of the quote line items in salesforce so our users do not have to do this manually after generating the agreement?

Hello community,When a process is started in ServiceNow via the automated document creation tool and send over to DocuSign via API integration, the envelope is remaining in waiting for others- But, no email is being send out which would allow the assigned to user (Document signer) to open the envelope and sign. We used the following envelope: https://demo.docusign.net/restapi/v2/accounts/10316998/envelopesAnyone an idea why this is the case? Note: This is a connection with the demo instance of DocuSign, not the live instance. In the past it was working for pdf templates, but not its not working for HTML templates being send out. Envelope is created, document and process steps displayed in the right way but not no email send out. Many thanks.

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".

Hi there.I work as SF admin for a company and I was asked to make sure we are using the latest version of our paid apps. I noticed that our company has an installed package called "DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce", which was last modified in 2018.I used the Download section of this website to get a new version of the app, which installed a new package with a slightly different name "DocuSign Apps Launcher". Can you guys please confirm if there was a name change in the past and I'm getting the same app. Thanks in advance.

I create an envelope with a document. When it is signed, the envelope shows up in the DocuSign Status related list with a DSX- number. In the related list, the signed document needs to be a File, not a Notes & Attachments. How do I change where it is saved?Thanks
