A couple of weeks ago I received an email with a link to retrieve Installation Package -  O-00717096. However, this link is no longer working - can you please provide me with a new one.

@Rikke Brondsted I would suggest creating a DocuSign case for this request.  The link was probably short lived giving enough time to download the file but DocuSign would likely not post an product link that is for a paid add-on package.


I just need a new link to retrieve installation package. Can this please be arranged?

Unfortunately, the only way to get a link to install Retrieve is by directly contacting DocuSign Support by creating a case as the link is not posted in any public articles or official places.
