Docusign Gen Templates" stopped generating Documents in SFDC.

Since last few hours "Docusign Gen Templates" stopped generating Documents in SFDC. It showing "It’s taking a little while to generate your file(s). If you’d prefer to check back later, you’ll find the files under the Files tab in Salesforce."

Enable System Sender not working in production

We have set up Enable System Sender to use a placeholder user as the sender for DocuSign envelopes. The envelopes are sent via Apex Toolkit. This feature was working fine in sandboxes but when we deployed to production, DocuSign is using the name and address of a different DocuSign user in the email. This user is configured in the sandbox but not in production. If we change the permission of this user to DocuSign viewer in DocuSign, then Salesforce throws error citing 'You are unauthorized to use this envelope'. Even if we send the envelope using an existing DocuSign user in Salesforce, it throws the error/uses the above mentioned DocuSign user's email.

what should be changed and how to change in DocuSgin e-Signature, if we are changing the email/SSO domain name

Background: Now we are using Azure AD ID username@old-domain-name.com as Single Sign On to login DocuSign. And in near future, we will switch to username@new-domain-name.com. (same user ID, but different domain name). The email change will be done within Microsoft 365. Requirements & Questions: To ensure the smooth transition for the domain name change, what should we do in DocuSign? Could you please help me to understand what we should do/change at DocuSign side? A few things in my minds, but please help to list what else is required but I may miss.-         The user will use the user ID with new domain name, and same user name, to login DocuSign as usual. And we need to ensure the users can still be able to view their historical envelopes that they submitted/approved. This is CRITICAL..-         From admin side, what we should do? I found the user’s email field is not editable. How to change their mail suffix from the old one to new one? Can DocuSign support help on this? Or Are

Why is the DocuSign eSignature not working for the Outlook web application?

I'm trying to use the Outlook 365 DocuSign add-in to send and sign documents straight from my Outlook Web Application. Every time I try to open and initialize the app in the Edge browser it starts but before it asks me to sign in an error pops up that says "Please disable browser privacy setting Prevent cross-site tracking and reload the add-in". I have added exceptions for Docusign and Outlook and even turned off this setting entirely. The error message is still there. What more can I do to get the Docusign add-in for Outlook in Edge to work?

Allow filed updates when envelope sent from a record not owned by the user.

Our use case requires team members to be able to send an envelope from a colleagues opportunity without the need of teams / changing owners.The envelopes can be sent without issue, however the field update fails. We are not wanting to grant Opp Teams or complex sharing rules.I am assuming there is a custom setting we can invoke to bypass this? As the package appears to be using user record access rather than a system permission to update the fields.Anyone found a way around this?

I'm a Salesforce Admin, I implemented DocuSign in SF, and users can generate documents and send them to their clients. There's a specific Salesforce user that is receiving this error message: "The DocuSign credentials entered do not map to a user on the DocuSign Account connected to this Salesforce org."In Salesforce, I checked the User Management section in the DocuSign Setup, and his user looks good (Status=Active)Also, I checked in the DocuSign account (https://admin.docusign.com/users) and he's also showing up here with Status=Active.Any advice on how to fix this error so this user can generate documents in Salesforce?Thanks!

Does anyone has the Documentation/Guide from Workday community that details the setup?

I'm working with the Workday administrator. The administrator access the Edit Tenant Setup - Business Processes task and Authenticate with DocuSign. I supplied the generic username and password to him, but the Connect Configuration is not getting created in DocuSign CONNECTI was told that the Workday Community site and search for DocuSign. You should see the setup information under Manage Workday > Documents and Electronic Signatures > Set Up Electronic Signatures.

I am new to DocuSign admin, but our eSignature solution uses apex toolkit to automate the generation and sending of DocuSign envelopes. To deploy the solution to production, the apex class could be deployed, but would the DocuSign Envelope Template have to be recreated in production manually?

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. Is it possible for the recipient to edit their name on the document received for signature from Salesforce?

I could see the recipient can edit the title of him on the document received. Likewise, is it possible to edit their names by themselves on the document received. Let say we are sending a document to a contact from Salesforce whose name is given incorrectly. So the recipient needs to change it to correct one. Is it possible in any ways?

How to connect multiple DocuSign Accounts within one company to the same Salesforce environment?

We licensed DocuSign Gen and installed the Apps Launcher for Salesforce. We are following the Administration Guide to connect the Salesforce Production Account with DocuSign. When setting up the connection, we are presented a list with different DocuSign "Accounts" (we use one per legal subsidiary) and have to pick one. However, the users who will be using DocuSign with Salesforce are coming from various different subsidiaries and I can't seem to find further information on how we would achieve the connection from one Salesforce org to one DocuSign Company account with many "sub accounts" or Accounts. Can anyone help here on this community? Thank you!Benjamin

Updates to DocuSign eSignature

There were recent updates to the Outlook plug-in that take away the conveniences of what eSignature used to provide. There are now more clicks, it's less intuitive, and the original subject line is erased from the Email Subject on the DocuSign pop-up (where you enter additional recipients) - which makes it look like spam. Not a fan.

I've recently had DocuSign access granted, but whether I access it via web or through the linked Teams app, it won't work.

On the landing page for the website, I don't have the "Upload a document" (or whatever the wording is) window pop up despite being logged in via my company landing page. And if I try to assign something for signing using the "Approvals" app on Teams, every time I add a file and press "prepare" it just says "Something went wrong. Wait a bit, then try again."Is this one I should be picking up with our IT team - perhaps a permissions thing? Just thought I'd ask here first in case it jumps out at someone as a known issue.many thanksMatt
