Hi there!We’re considering using Docusign for a 3 page document we’ll need information collected out and signatures via Docusign and I was hoping to integrate Docusign with iCIMS to get this done. I see that they integrate for offer letters but I’m wondering if anyone has used Docusign with iCIMS for anything more than a signature? Thanks in advance,Brandi

Hi all,I’ve set up the integration with Dynamics365 as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yha1628288295010&topicId=iqm1677534379853.html&_LANG=enusand the Azure app registration as per https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/the-trenches-setting-oauth-docusign-connect-microsoft-azure - added the details into OAuth in Dynamics DocuSign AdminThe app registration was done by a global admin in Azure AD and the user signed in to the integration doesn’t have Azure global admin but is sys admin in Dynamics.The buttons are showing on the ribbon for Account but when I click Go to DocuSign, I get “Failed to retrieve DocuSign URL for this environment”. If I click Get signatures, I go through the recipients and when I click on Open DocuSign, I get “Error creating envelope”. There are no other errors and if I go to DocuSign Admin and click Go to Docusign, it opens fine. Any ideas?

When trying to send a document via DocuSign within Salesforce, the following error appears:“A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error:0 - The remote computer refused the network connection.)”Followed by:  “Argument is undefined.”Any thoughts on the source/cause of this error?

Hello, when generating a document via DocuSign Gen, is there a way to improve word wrapping within a table? The content of the table is generated via TableRow repeat merge tags.ExampleSolutionsWrap as Application-  consultant Dynamic table to extend column width Else?

Hiya!  Is there a way to configure this integration/connector so that when a user initiates an envelope (or template) directly from Docusign, that it DOESN”T also feed into salesforce, or alternatively, to set it up so that it feeds into salesforce only if you could somehow include an opportunity ID in the envelope?  We have users who work on both revenue transactions as well as vendor transactions, and we don’t want the vendor transactions to upload into SFDC.  Thanks in advance for any ideas!

Is it possible to bulk send an envelope with dynamic table from a template built with template assistant for Word?I created an template without the dynamic table, and it worked fine, but when i create with the dynamic table, the “bulk send” option disapear.

I have configured “Save completed documents to SharePoint” option in the Settings under DocuSignAdmin.But i cant find any of the signed documents anywhere in the SharePoint post completion.

I am sending envelope to DocuSign  from Appian using a connected system, the connection is successful but i am getting error message “DocuSign returned the following error code: USER_LACKS_MEMBERSHIP”. Can anyone please help with solution, do i need to change the configuration?

I am working in a software company and we build an integration with DocuSign in one of our services. I have following questions , can someone explain what needs to be done at our customer’s end to have this integration working ? To give you some background our service will be used by 100+ users at customer end. Following scenarios,Customer not having DocuSign. What kind of account do they need ? As partners, do we have to contact Docusign sales regarding the new opportunity in order to avail the referral benefits or does this needs to be started by the customer ?  Customer already having DocuSign with other services/software, Can the customer use the same DocuSign license with our service ? I am shocked that DocuSign Gen Templates for Salesforce does not have the functionality to use text from Salesforce Fields in the Generated File Name + File Suffix. That feature is basic functionality in competitors like Conga Composer, PandaDoc, and SDocs. Current functionality mandates that all generated file names be [Static Text Typed in the Upload Documents Stage of Gen Template Flow] + File Suffix [limited to Data Source Name and/or Date] Other Competitors give us the ability to dynamically change our file names in the doc gen such as “Custom_Field__c Purchase Order” Other threads similar to this subject say the work around is for the user to manually edit the file name.  This sucks on many levels. A: The user needs Salesforce permission to edit files (we generate files automatically in our current use case with Conga and the owner of the record is not the owner of the file). B: This is time consuming. Our doc gen automation kicks off purchase orders and work orders for all Close

We have a gen template that automatically generates a document once the user click on the custom button from the account.  we are now trying to map the amount field on the Account to the payment tab.  This should auto populate the same way all other fields are populated but for some reason I’m not sure how to map the field to the payment tag in docusign.  Can someone help?

I had a POC up and running a couple of months ago and am the point where I want to put into production and now I can’t get basic Docusign mapping to work within a template.  Use case:  User fills out google form (also tested with Zapier form) and on submission kicks off a template in docusign.  On the docusign I have a document with fields that should be filled in/mapped from the google form submission.  At this point these are not getting filled in.  I can see the data flowing in Zapier from the google form submit.  I can also see the custom fields that I have added to the template.  But when I run the test, the custom fields are empty -- regardless of if I try to manually add text in the field in zapier (as a test) or if I put the google form data field in the Zapier field (how it would run in prod).I’m fairly certain this is the exact setup I had previously, but now I cannot get it to work.  Any ideas? EDIT:  Not sure if this matters, we recently upgraded our Docusign from just Esig

Hello Community,I'm integrating DocuSign with Power Automate and have encountered an error during the step "Get Document Generation Form Fields from Envelope." The error message returned is as follows: { "statusCode": 400, "body": { "errorCode": "DOCGEN_DOCUMENT_NOT_ALLOWED", "message": "DocGen document not allowed. Account does not enable AllowDocGenDocuments setting." }}It appears that the DocGen document settings might not be enabled for my account. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, could you advise how to resolve it? Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on enabling the AllowDocGenDocuments setting in the DocuSign account or any alternative solutions you might suggest. Below you can find the flow. Hello DocuSign Community,I am currently utilizing Salesforce within my organization and I am interested in integrating DocuSign for the purpose of E-signatures. The standard approach appears to be utilizing the Salesforce-managed package, "DocuSign E-signature for Salesforce". However, I am exploring options beyond this package.Could anyone guide me on alternative methods to send documents for signature from Salesforce without necessarily using the "Docusign E-signature for Salesforce" managed package?Any suggestions or pointers would be immensely appreciated. Is there an integration of Docusign with ACT! software?  The only one I could find was this, which is for databases hosted by ACT corporation.  I need one for ACT installations that are mounted on user workstations and servers, i.e. Self-hosted.

Hi, We are working on setting up DocuSign Apps Launcher - right now we are still in the planning phase and I want to know if I am able to move DocuSign Envelope Templates from Salesforce Sandbox to Production through a change set? I could not find the answer in help docs. Thanks! 

One of our employees logged into docusign to sign a document.  After they signed the document, they were logged out of docusign and then had to sign back in instead of taking them back to either the docusign home or manage page.  Is anyone aware of why that may happen.  We are using microsoft outlook office 16.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  I have also reached out to our IT group, waiting for a response.
