I understand you are looking to to store Docusign documents into EDMS on Filenet automatically.
I’m sorry, but Docusign does not own an integration with EDMS on Filenet, you would either need to create a custom API or contact Filenet directly and confirm if they have an integration available: Docusign Developer FAQ: eSignature API
