I want to know if there's a way to hide the DocuSign header when embedding it in an iframe. I'm currently using a standard envelope template and displaying the signing page in an iframe, but I only want the user to sign the document — not see options like 'Decline to Sign' or 'Finish Later'. Is there a way to hide those options or the entire header?

I need assistance figuring out what product best suits my needs. I have written emails and tried finding contact numbers. This is my last attempt before going to another platform.

hi,I have not created a Powerform in a while.  I can see where some templates have Powerforms.   I see there’s an option to edit a powerform, but when I click on that option, I don’t see the actual link, or any other option I used to see - like changing the sender,etc.  I’m an administrator in DocuSign, as I’ve always been. Has something changed with Powerform permissions? I finally found where I can edit the Powerform and change the sender,etc… it has changed since last I’ve done this! Thanks,maggieupdate - I finally found where I can edit and change sender - thanks

I am disappointed in the emails we get from Docusign.  There are so many scams that come through email it’s impossible to tell at first sight.  It’s a cumbersome process to get the email and interrupt my work to sign in to the website and verify the email is legitimate.  The emails don’t say who it’s from.  If I am waiting for a document, I know what to look for.  The anonymity of the email slows everything down.  The extra layers of security we have to use now are ridiculous.  Hackers are going to get in anyway and for the average business, it’s time consuming.  I don’t want to pay my staff to sit around getting second and third codes and passwords to open something.  Productivity is down and everyone is just frustrated.  We have trouble finding workers in our area and having to spend more time bringing them up to speed on each separate software is not in our best interest.  I’m sorry, but I believe we are going to cancel Docusign and if others want our signature they’ll have to ge

Hi We are having an issue trying to download a completed document.    No completion email received.  Status is archive deleted.  We’ve tried different browsers,clearing cache, coming off the network, coming off vpn, incognito., sending to a mobile device and various other devices.  Logging in outwith the firm also does not work.  The sender and recipient have said no completion email has been received but the status is complete.  I can download each page individually but there are 255 pages in one of the documents.  I’m not really getting anywhere with DuS support who just keep saying it’s our network but our tech guys are saying it’s not……..

Hi everyone,I'm working with a large number of users in DocuSign who currently have the DS Viewer role. I have a list of their email addresses and the new groups they should be assigned to.Is there a way to bulk update user group memberships using just the email and the target groups—without needing to export or retrieve full user details?The issue I’m facing is that the export tool limits me to 10,000 records, and I’ve already applied all available filters to try and reduce the dataset.Any advice or best practices would be really helpful. Can you set two potential signers to one signature line, and it will accept the signature of whoever gets to it first? I don't need both to sign, I just need one of them to sign and either of their signatures are acceptable.

For document generation templates with a lot of sender fields and rules the usability for the sender is not optimal as all fields will be displayed on the same "Add field data" page, also fields that doesnt need to be filled out in specific cases, because a rule hides them, will be displayed.So I propose, if not already in discussion, a feature to edit the layout of the "Add field data" page like you can already do with the WebForms feature. As a result document generation template creators should be able to define custom "Add field data" pages with page titles and the sender fields to display, and they also should be able to define rules to hide fields and pages in specific situations, if this cannot be done automatically by the defined rules in the document generation template.

Hello,Anyone experiencing issues with people trying to sign documents but the screen just flashes and does not allow them to sign?  I have many users that just start having this issue.  They don’t receive any errors, just a quick flash and nothing happens.

Hello,Given the recent UI update to CLM, I am now (as the account admin) unable to send a public share link (as outlined in this admin guide).I understand that I am still able to send folders, but sometimes I need to link colleagues to specific files. Does anyone have a solution for this? Do I need to change something in the admin settings?  

It is possible to edit the warning message received in some of the form fields in DocuSign CLM?  One example is with the currency field.  The message reads “Please enter a dollar amount in the following format: $1,250.85”. Is it possible to edit that message in any way?  I did not see anything in the actual field or in the admin portions but wanted to see if I missed it.Thanks,Scott

From poking around a bit, I have come to an understanding that DAL does not support using checkbox fields from Salesforce as merge/writeback fields. Is this true? If so, this seems like a major oversight, especially considering the fact that something like this was possible with the Legacy Docusign integration.We use a number of checkbox fields that we would like to merge/writeback via Docusign contracts, but it seems like there are no solutions other than “change to picklists” i.e. change our entire data model. Has anyone found a workaround? Are there any plans to implement checkbox merge fields?

Hello ​@paige.rossi I have a question regarding the DocuSign integration in Onboarding.We are now using DocuSign in Recruiting for the offer letter. In Onboarding, we are still using the embedded SuccessFactors signature. We are planning to switch to DocuSign in the Onboarding module as well in the coming months.Could any complications arise from this (e.g., loss of our existing compliance documents, need of migrating old documents)? I have DocuSign Pay-As-You-Go account. I am developing an application. From within that application, using APIs, I want to be able to send DocuSign envelopes to my clients and get e-Signatures. I have 100's of clients and we expect to have several envelopes to be sent every year, per client.  Do I have to be a DocuSign partner for this?  It appears that I cannot use our PayAsYouGo Account (see screenshot below).  When I look at IAM Standard plan, it doesnt tell me if I can do unlimited e-sign envelopes to my clients…. but it says unlimited webapp sends.  Not sure if API call and web app sends are same.   DocuSign integration that I own into an app I am building must be much simpler than this!!  Please HELP!​​​​​​ 

Hi All,We are currently implementing Docusign for Salesforce using the Docusign App Launcher.  Right now we have got it setup in Salesforce developer sandbox, connected to a Docusign developer/demo account.  We are specifically using Document Generation / Gen and eSignature.We have setup a dedicated integration as per the Make a Standard Salesforce User Your Integration User article, which appears to work well for eSignature and we have no issues at all.     However, we have encountered a challenge with Document Generation / Gen resulting in an error:Unable to create ContentDocumentLink for ContentDocumentId: 069S900000DzdJXXXX and SfObjectId: 500S900000IkmXXXX.T

Hi TeamIs there a way to extend the Expiry of the Docusign sign link send to user? Currently it expired after ~24 hours and they have to request for resend new link. Please advise.

Hello Everyone,I have the following situation:I created a template for a protocol. In it I defined a textmark for DocuSign, let’s call it /Sign1/. Since this document is a template it gets copied and the copies get edited. What I want to do now is the following:I want to put several of the copies in one envelope via PowerAutomate to signed each. The flow I created works fine and sends the envelope to the recipients who then are able to sign the documents.BUT they are required to sign each document as much times as documents are in the envelope. Like when I put 3 documents are in the envelope they have to hit the sign button three times on each documents. I guesss this is corresponding to the /Sign1/-textmarks which are in the envelope.Is there any way to work around this issue?Thanks in advanceJHu

Hi,we're experiencing issue where user unable to esign. Once we select to sign the document, we can’t access the website. I’ve followed the suggested steps (like clearing the cache in a separate forum), but I still can’t access the site to e-sign. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I sent an envelope to 2 recipients (in signing order 1, 2). 24 hrs later, the 1st recipient still has Not received the envelope, and neither has the 2nd recipient. I do understand that the 2nd recipient will not receive the envelope UNTIL the 1st recipient has completed their signature. But in 24 hrs time no one has received anything. Help!
