How to route .txt and .png files that upload with a signed agreements

I am new to Docusign CLM. I created a new folder that will receive incoming fully executed agreements utilizing the springCLM email that you can setup when creating folders. I sent a test document to the email address and it was a successful test. However, there were also a .txt and .png file that were parsed from the incoming sender email. I dont want to have all of these extra items in this folder as we have a high volume of incoming emails. Would I need to create a Smart Rule or Workflow to have these additional parsed items automatically moved to a “ junk “ location?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
