Dear DocuSign Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to confirm whether our DocuSign account currently has the Part 11 module enabled to support compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. If it is not yet enabled, we kindly request assistance in activating this module for our account.

Please let us know if any additional information or documentation is required from our side to proceed.

If you have a corporate account you need to reach out with your Account Executive to have this checked if it’s included on your plan. If it’s not, they can also help you adding this on your plan. 

For non corporate accounts you need to Connect with our sales team.
