Is there a way the system date format can be changed? The first picture attached shows that the American date appears for last template edits.Note that the signing settings are displaying correctly to the Australian date format. I have included a picture of the regional setting setup which is also set to local Australian format.

I'm trying to make DocuSign Recipient status information viewable in Salesforce. I have DocuSign status on the Quote object, and see a 'tab' for DocuSign Recipient Status but no information is displaying.

I've watched the video where it tells me to go to manage, then click the NEW button and then scroll down to sign a document. HOWEVER...my docusign account does not have the NEW button on the left side, under Manage. What to do? please help.

I have a form that needs four signatures - two have signed, but the system says only one person has signed and is holding the form still waiting on the signature. In the completed signatures tab - both signatures are recoreded.

When sending an envelope from Notary, the client receives an email from "Example Company - PROD". We'd like to switch that to just "Example Company". I've looked through all the settings I can see, and nowhere does the name "Example Company - PROD" exist. How can I change this?

I recently sent an envelope with several signers. I then learned that one of the signers was no longer at the organization and the email address had been deactivated before I sent the envelope. I didn't receive a notification of any kind. Is there a setting that can notify me if the email address is no longer active?Thank you,Beth

I need PDF's for each envelope.

There were recent updates to the Outlook plug-in that take away the conveniences of what eSignature used to provide. There are now more clicks, it's less intuitive, and the original subject line is erased from the Email Subject on the DocuSign pop-up (where you enter additional recipients) - which makes it look like spam. Not a fan.

We use Workday and I run into this error of "Envelope Allowance Exceeded" when testing to send e-sign documents to a large population. Is this due to how many document/envelope I am sending per day/hour? I already have a case opened with Docusign but I am being referred back Workday and meanwhile Workday is referring me back to Docusign. We are in the process of setting up a 3 way meeting.Could someone please explain to me the logic behind bulk send and how do I manage this in testing and production environment? For example, I can only send a document to 100 workers per hour?
